Joe McCarthy is a freelance audio engineer and production manager. In 2013, he graduated from Central Michigan University, where he received a B.A.A. in Broadcasting and Cinematic Arts; with a double minor in Advertising, and Media Design, Production, and Technology. He moved to Nashville from Michigan in 2014 to attend The Blackbird Academy and pursue a career as an audio engineer in the music industry. Since then he has spent the majority of his time touring the world with multiple well-known country and pop artists such as Lennon Stella, The Avett Brothers and Caamp.
